He temporarily stepped away from college and embarked on a journey as an oil and gas lease broker, meticulously poring over land records at the Kiowa County Oklahoma courthouse and securing leases from mineral owners across different sections of his assignment. His initial day-rate? A modest $35.00, plus expenses. To Robert, it felt like striking gold.

From these humble beginnings, Robert's hard work and dedication transformed Fossil Creek Land Company into a highly regarded, versatile enterprise. We've navigated complex telecom projects with budgets that exceed $50 million, ventured into the dynamic wind energy sector in Indiana, and persevered through the rollercoaster rides of the oil and gas industry.
